afternoon tea @ usagi

omg~~~  i found a gem today!  this new japanese yoshoku-ya (japanese western food) in downtown san mateo.  they are not even a month old yet!  i've been looking for a good one forever...  somehow when you sit in the restaurant, it feels like you are in japan.  and, they got the tiniest sink i have ever seen in their restroom.  i was there during their afternoon tea hours, which is from 2pm to 5pm.  love, love, love their afternoon tea set!  so gotta go back for their hamburger steak and omelet rice!  btw, they only accept cash.
